Terms of Use
ScoreX is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That agreement is the full set of terms. The notes below explain how it applies and don’t add to it.
Scores
ScoreX keeps score; it doesn’t referee. Totals follow the rules you set, so check them before settling anything that matters.
ScoreX Pro
ScoreX is free to download. ScoreX Pro is a one-time in-app purchase. The price can change, and the price the App Store shows before you confirm, in your currency and including any tax, is the price you pay. Pro is not a subscription: you pay once and aren’t charged again.
Pro adds 8 more colours, Light and System appearance, every player emoji, unlimited players and rounds, and player stats. Everything in the free version stays free.
Pro belongs to your Apple Account. On a new iPhone, or after you reinstall ScoreX, tap Restore Purchases in Settings to unlock it again at no cost.
Payments and refunds
Apple takes the payment under its Media Services terms. The developer never sees your payment details.
All purchases are final, and the developer doesn’t offer refunds. Only Apple can issue a refund, and it decides requests under its own policy; you can ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer law where you live.
Your data
Your players, games and rules stay on your iPhone. Export a backup in Settings if you want a copy, because the developer can’t recover lost data. The Privacy Policy explains what ScoreX stores.
Trademarks
Uno and Wizard are trademarks of their respective owners. ScoreX only keeps score for these games and isn’t affiliated with, or endorsed by, their owners. Apple, iPhone and iCloud are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.
